Overview
Rooks is a SaaS productivity platform designed for software engineering teams — combining project tracking, sprint planning, and async communication in a single focused workspace. I built the full product including real-time collaborative boards, GitHub integration, sprint velocity tracking, and a team analytics dashboard.
The platform was designed to cut context-switching for developers by bringing issues, PRs, and team updates into one place, with a clean keyboard-first interface.
